Service Policies
Safety & Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if a property contains unsafe conditions, including but not limited to biohazards, illegal substances, unsecured weapons, or aggressive individuals or animals.
In such cases, a 25% service fee will be charged to cover time, travel, and preparation. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
We do not handle hazardous materials such as mold remediation, pest infestations, chemical spills, or biohazard cleanup.
Cleaning Scope & Limitations
Our services focus on standard residential cleaning and staging.
The following are not included unless agreed upon in advance:
● Heavy hoarding or excessive clutter● Post-construction or renovation debris● Large-scale trash removal or disposal● Cleaning involving bodily fluids or strong odors
Properties requiring significantly more work than expected may:
● Incur an Excessive Cleaning Fee ($50–$150), or● Be declined if beyond our scope
Property Requirements
To complete your service, the following must be available:
Working running water and electricity
Access to the property at the scheduled time (key, code, or host present)
If we are unable to access the property, the appointment may be considered a missed booking.
Pets Policy
Pets must be secured or safely contained during the cleaning.
We are not responsible for:
Escaped pets
Injuries or disruptions caused by unsecured animals
Cancellations & Appointments
Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a $25–$50 fee
If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, it may be treated as a missed appointment
Fees & Additional Charges
The following fees may apply when applicable:
● Excessive Cleaning Fee: $50–$150● Late Cancellation Fee: $25–$50● Unsafe Condition Fee: 25% of service total
All fees are based on the condition of the property and service requirements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
● Providing accurate and complete service details● Securing entry access (keys, codes, etc.)● Informing us of any changes that may affect service
