What is included in a standard cleaning?Our standard cleaning covers all essential areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, dusting of surfaces, floor care, high-touch areas, and general tidying. This service is ideal for maintaining a clean and comfortable living space.
What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?Deep cleaning includes everything in our standard service, with additional detailed attention to areas that require more intensive care. What is a move-in/move-out cleaning?Move-in and move-out cleaning is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom service designed for empty homes. It includes deep cleaning along with detailed attention to cabinets, drawers, interior surfaces, and hard-to-reach areas to ensure the home is clean, refreshed, and ready for its next occupant.
What is targeted cleaning?Targeted cleaning focuses on one specific room or area of the home, such as a kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom. This option is ideal for smaller projects or areas that require focused attention rather than a full-home service.
Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to complete your service.Access to running water and electricity is required to ensure services can be performed effectively.
Pricing & Payments:
How is pricing determined?Pricing is based on several factors, including:● Size of the home● Overall condition● Type of service selected● Any additional services or add-onsFinal pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the home requires additional time, labor, or resources.
When is payment due?A deposit is required prior to service to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
What payment methods do you accept?All payments are securely processed through Square. We accept any payment method supported by Square, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, and other available digital payment options.Cash payments are NOT accepted!
Do you offer refunds?Refunds are not automatically issued. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.
Booking & Scheduling:
How do I schedule a cleaning?Appointments can be scheduled online or by contacting us directly. Once your booking is confirmed, your appointment is secured. We will send an invoice as confirmation.
Do you offer same-day or last-minute appointments?Same-day or last-minute bookings may be available depending on scheduling availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
What is your cancellation policy?We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
What if I am not home during the service?That is perfectly acceptable. Clients may provide secure access instructions such as a lockbox, entry code, or key.
Access & Preparation:
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?No. In most cases, we recommend that the home be unoccupied during service to allow for safe and efficient cleaning.
How should I prepare for my cleaning appointment?To ensure the best results, we recommend:● Removing personal items and excess clutter● Securing valuables and fragile items● Providing clear and accurate access instructions
What happens if the cleaners cannot access the property?If access is not available at the scheduled time, the appointment may be considered a missed booking and applicable fees may be charged.
Policies & Expectations:
What if my home is in a different condition than described?If the condition of the property requires significantly more time or labor than anticipated, pricing adjustments or service modifications may be necessary.
Do you move furniture?We perform light furniture movement when necessary; however, we do not move heavy furniture or large appliances.
Do you clean mold, pests, or hazardous materials?No. These situations require specialized services and are outside the scope of our standard offerings.
What if my home requires extensive cleaning?Homes with excessive buildup, clutter, or post-event conditions may require additional fees or a different service type.
Pets:
Do you service homes with pets?Yes. We simply ask that all pets be disclosed in advance.
Do pets need to be secured?Yes. For the safety of our team and your pets, all animals must be properly secured during service.
Privacy & Trust:
Do you take photos during service?Yes, we may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance, documentation, and internal records.
Will my photos be shared publicly?Photos may be used for social media, marketing, and portfolio purposes only with your consent.Clients may opt out of photo use at any time before or after service by notifying us. We will make reasonable efforts to remove any previously shared content upon request.We take your privacy seriously and will never share personal or identifying information, including names, addresses, or sensitive details.
Are you insured?
Yes. Staynie Cleaning Services is covered by general liability insurance to help protect our clients, homes, and team members during scheduled cleanings. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?Please contact us within 24 hours of your service. We will review your concern and work toward a reasonable resolution.
What if something is damaged during service?If damage occurs, it must be reported within 24 hours. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
Do you require deep cleaning for first-time clients?In some cases, yes—particularly if the home has not been professionally cleaned recently or requires additional attention.
Can I customize my service?Yes. We offer a variety of add-ons and service options to tailor your cleaning to your specific needs.
How long will my cleaning take?Service time varies based on the size and condition of the home, as well as the type of service selected. An estimated timeframe will be provided prior to your appointment.
